Regular Shop -

• Who makes the items? All items from our regular shop (not the Secret Shop) are shipped via Inkthreadable who manufacture our products.

• Why don’t you make your own products any more? We never made items in house, but had some very skilled screen-printers who made all of our apparel but they have stopped trading, Inkthreabable will allow us to consistently stock a wider range of products in more inclusive sizes than before!

• All garments are chosen by us, and most are Stanley/Stella which are the most ethically conscious brand we can use.

• All artwork is checked, but we can’t showcase samples for EVERY item (eg - if a tote bag and a shirt use the same design, we’ll only order one item to check the design).

• Can I send an item back? Yes! Please email us with any issues (within 14 days of receiving your order) - we cannot exchange items because we don’t have them in our studio. But we accept returns and refunds. Items will need to be posted back to us at your own expense. Postage is not refunded.

• Will I pay import tax? All items are packed and shipped from the UK, please check about any import and customs duties to your country from the UK.

• How long will my order take? From the main shop all orders are shipped within 3-5 days. UK orders are sent with 24 hour delivery. International orders vary.

• Is shipping tracked? Yes! All orders from the Shop are sent tracked, so you can follow the journey of your item :) We have tried to keep this as affordable as possible.

Secret Shop -

• Why a Secret Shop? We wanted to be able to offer past patreon rewards to new members, so a store just for Patrons made the most sense!

• Our Secret Shop contains products we ship in house as they’re made for Monthly Patreon Rewards.

• Why am I paying for shipping twice? If you’re ordering from the Shop AND the Secret Shop you’ll have to pay the shipping cost of the secret shop items because we ship them directly from us, but we’ve tried to keep this cost as low as possible for you.

• Will I pay import tax twice? If items are purchased from both the Shop and Secret Shop they will be dispatched separately. This could mean you may have to pay import duties twice.

• Can I return it? Drop us an email first within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. You will need to pay postage to send it back. Postage is not refunded.

• How long will my order take? Secret Shop items are posted out once a week, between Monday to Friday. Your order may take 7 days to be posted.

• Is shipping tracked? No. Items from the Secret Shop and sent by us are not tracked so we can keep it as affordable as possible (especially if you’re combining it with an item from the Regular Shop).
